Privacy Policy
2026-11-04-review-2
This policy explains personal information handling in GLASSES SHARE catalogues, dealer workspaces and the company administration service. The operator is 温州镜享工贸发展有限公司 (China). Privacy contact: iris@glassesshare.com.
1. Information submitted with a selection
We collect your name, business email, company, country or region, selected models, colours and quantities to receive and review your request, prepare documents and contact you. Notes are optional. Do not include identity documents, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive personal information in notes or uploaded files.
You can browse without completing the contact form. The current submission form requires all four contact fields; their necessity must be reviewed before public release. Submitting a selection is not consent to marketing emails.
2. Accounts and login observations
Login and selection submission require an explicit acknowledgement checkbox. We record the document version, text hash and acknowledgement time, linked to the account or selection. Public policies can be read without accepting them; viewing a page is not acceptance. This does not include marketing consent or any separate consent required for sensitive information or other regulated processing.
For account access and security, the service processes usernames, password-verification credentials, authenticator enrolment data, recovery-code verification data, sessions and activity records. Passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes and private keys are not displayed in the login monitor.
Login observations include time, source IP, browser and operating-system information, a random browser marker, and success or failure. The marker is not a hardware device ID or proof of a person’s identity. Clearing cookies or changing browsers may create a new record. It does not automatically authorise or block a device.
3. Cookies and browser storage
Necessary cookies support sign-in, request protection and login-browser recognition. The customer cart and contact-form draft are stored in the current tab’s session storage so they can survive refreshes. Close the page and clear browser data on shared computers; browser session restoration may retain this information.
This version does not integrate advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs. Any future non-essential tracking will require an updated notice and applicable choices.
4. Who receives information
The dealer or company sending the catalogue receives the submitted details to handle your request. 温州镜享工贸发展有限公司 stores these records as the platform operator. Only authorised personnel may access them as necessary for data administration, troubleshooting and security maintenance, subject to confidentiality requirements. We do not use dealers’ customer information for our own marketing, sell it or provide it to other dealers. Customer records are separated between dealers. A displayed brand identifies the sender but is not a substitute for its legal identity.
Infrastructure providers, including Alibaba Cloud where enabled, process information as needed for hosting and storage. The final provider list must identify entities, locations and purposes. Customer data is not authorised for sale or unrelated advertising. Legally required disclosures must be limited to what is necessary.
5. Links, sharing and downloaded files
Anyone holding a valid catalogue link may access the authorised catalogue. Share it only with appropriate recipients. Social-share lists contain selected models, colours and quantities, not customer names, emails, companies, notes or prices. External platforms apply their own rules and may cache shared content.
Result PDF bodies omit customer contact details, but the downloaded filename may contain the customer’s name. Quotation files may contain customer information and prices and are restricted to authorised staff. Revoking a link prevents subsequent online access; it cannot recall downloaded files, screenshots or external caches.
6. Storage locations and international transfers
The planned application server is in Singapore. After deployment, submitted customer information, accounts and security records may be processed there. The OSS storage region, backup locations, receiving entities and relevant dealer locations must be confirmed before release. This service must not be described as storing all information only in China.
Where transfer notices, separate consent or other legal arrangements are required, they must be completed before the relevant transfer. General acceptance of service terms is not a substitute. This review draft does not confirm that these arrangements are in place.
7. Retention
Login-observation records use a 90-day cleanup window. The desktop viewer shows up to the most recent 1,000 events and browser records. Server access logs, audit records and backups are separate datasets with separate retention requirements.
Final retention periods, cleanup responsibilities and statutory requirements for selections, quotations, uploads, activity records and backups remain to be confirmed. Information should be retained only for its purpose and applicable legal requirements. This draft does not promise automatic deletion that has not been implemented.
8. Your requests and choices
Contact iris@glassesshare.com to request access, correction, a copy or deletion, or to raise withdrawal-of-consent, restriction or complaint requests. Identity checks should be proportionate and requests handled under applicable law. Never email your password, authenticator codes or recovery codes.
Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Some records may need to be retained for disputes, security or legal obligations. Requests are handled by staff; the service does not currently offer one-click erasure of all historical records.
9. Security, intended audience and changes
The service is intended for business users in the eyewear industry. Minors should not submit details or open dealer accounts. Access separation, authentication, encryption in transit and backups are part of the deployment controls; their actual deployment must be verified and no system is risk-free.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature and risks of the information to reduce unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss. No network or system can be guaranteed completely secure. This limitation does not waive our statutory obligations or liability. Security incidents require prompt remedial action and notifications as required by applicable law. Material changes will be reflected in a new policy version and appropriate notice. Where fresh consent is required, merely continuing to browse is not a substitute.
